They are a pull up trainer and they fit my 2 year old and have an adjustable waist and leg openings it is WHAM made

Sorry it took so long, it's 9in across waist open( not tightened) 81/2inch from top to crotch ad the leg opens are 51/2 inch open( not tightened) so the waist and les you can adjust? I hope that's what you wanted and it helps? Let me know if you want something else...
