EWCM= egg white cervical mucus (fertility sign)
AF/ PPAF= aunt flow/postpartum aunt flow (menses)
BFN= big fat negative
BFP= big fat positive
FRER= first response early response
IC's= internet cheapies (pregnancy test strips)
FX= fingers crossed
NTNP= not trying not preventing
CD= cycle day (so first day of AF is CD1)
DPO= days past ovulation

You can move me from Waiting to TTC to Waiting to O YAY!

I had a positive OPK yesterday, which means that this is my second normal cycle in a row after 3 very long annovulatory cycles - so excited! Next month DH and I will officially start to ttc - woot! I guess there is some small chance for this month - we dtd 6 days before O this month (O came on day 12 instead of day 14/15), but I'm pretty sure it will be negative. Probably TMI, but these last 2 months I have had really strong O symptoms (cramping, very bloated, constipated, lots of EWCM). I never noticed O'ing before my first pregnancy.

AFM - well I am getting crazy CM. TMI Alert- For weeks it has been super hyper creamy with bouts of EWCM. I have been having more EWCM lately and my hair has started falling out. My cervix today is HSO but cm is super creamy. GRRR I am getting lower left pelvic pains and futually hoping that I actually am ovulating. But with Alli nursing so often still I am probably setting myself up for disappointment. Maybe I will get AF soon. I really want this to be the month I get Pregnant. I am praying for an April baby. Please!!!
On the positive at least I still get to have fun trying! I need to let go and let the Lord decide this. It's just really hard as I am not a young woman.

thanks! actually i DID get a chance to dtd this morning. my cervix was still very high, soft and mushy and i had uber ewcm...im pretty sure by the cramping i had yesterday/last night that o happened very late, early this am...i'll try to get a bit more action tonight or tomorrow...but im pretty sure by then we'll be in the 2ww.

Can I join you ladies? I'm not officially TTC but NTNP (well I'm trying but DH thinks we're NTNP lol) My baby is only 8 months old and still pretty much EBF. She eats only two meals a day of solids and I haven't had PPAF yet. But I had a positive OPK on Monday. DH and I don't really dtd much, maybe once a week or every other week. But we did dtd Sunday night. I had lots of EWCM so I thought I'd take a random OPK and it was really positive. I kinda hoped that maybe I was already pregnant but their negative now. So it's the waiting game.
With my daughter it took us two years, a miscarriage and a round of clomid and lots and lots of prayer and tears to conceive her and I dread having to go through that again. I also had severe morning sickness and this month would be a perfect time to conceive because my mom is off for the summer and so could help me out. Also the fact that people around me are falling pregnant like rabbits (seriously, they're all pregnant, same thing happened when TTC my daughter). I haven't said anything to DH about the OPK, I figured I'd wait until AF comes to talk about if we're going to prevent or try. But last night he surprised me by telling someone we were going to start trying again.

Lots of updating I see
First Ppaf is behind me! It was basically normal. Not at all heavy or crampy. I have been doing really well remembering my vitamins and have been having to take a b vit in order to keep energy going. Surprisingly we have been dtd a lot so who knows what will happen this month dh works a lot and should be gone a lot starting tomorrow so not sure what our dtd schedule will be like during O. If o happens at a normal time for me

First PPAF for me too! Only its raging like a river! holy heavy flow.... I am trying the Diva Cup, but I think its a little big for me... and in the meantime soaking tampons every 2 hours!! I was pretty sure I was o'ing before AF came, so I think I am getting back to normal...

On another note, the hubs is soooo stressed at work right now, so I know he is not really ready to TTC. He also doesnt really acknowledge that I want the kids close together, so its a sore subject for me... I know he wants more kids, but he is just not a baby guy, so it stresses him out... if we could just appear with 4 kids above the age of 5, he would love it! BUt 3 kids 3 and under, I think I might give him a heart attack...
