Vacation rentals in the Salt Lake area

DH's family wants to do Christmas in the Salt Lake area. They are wanting to rent a house. We will need something with 4 bedrooms and 3 baths. There will be 5 little kids and 7 adults. somewhere not too far from skiing and with something to do near by for those who do not ski. Thanks for help

I would look on www.KSL.com under vacation rentals. It's much more popular than Craigslist around here and there are always lots of things listed on there.

I would also look at VRBO.com. (vacation rentals by owner) a friend of ours rents his condo by Canyons ski resort in park city on there and there are a ton of options

How big is your friends rental? Any info on it. I will look into the ski place too.

Also for what it's worth, I think Canyons offers the best options for littles as far as the slopes are concerned. At the base there is a magic carpet to take them up just a little ways to ride down and at the top of the gondola there is another magic carpet for them. No open lifts at all. My DH works there and that's where we take our kids above all the other resorts.
