When pumping to increase supply which "phase" should I be using?
I have a medela PISA, and I am trying to figure out if it matters if I keep pushing the let down button for trying to increase supply (I'm pumping 5-15 minuets on "empty), or If I should just let it go normally once it stops???

Re: When pumping to increase supply which "phase" should I be using?
I've always let it go on the second phase, but I've found that I often have a second let down after about 15 minutes of pumping where I get milk again. Good luck.
