VERY LOW SUPPLY! HELP!

I don't even know what I am doing wrong. I pump every two to three hours. I take 3 Fenugreek pills, 3 blessed thistle pills, and 3 fennel pills. and nothing! I also try to drink the mothers milk tea whenever I remember too. I must admit that sometimes I go 5-6 hours without pumping. But can that really affect my milk supply? I'm still going to try though! If you have any suggestions, please tell me!

Forgot to add that I take all 9 pills, 3x a day.

Yes, going 5-6 hrs can affect supply. Try domperidone.

How old is your baby? Are you exclusively pumping? Why do you think you have a low supply?

These are much better questions, I'm tired. Haha, op if you really determine that you have low supply and other remedies aren't working, domperidone can be a great fall back.
