Hey Ladies! I was induced on Friday morning at 6:30 and had a super long labor. I got an epidural at 11 am and stayed at 3 cms dialated until 7:45 pm, then she flipped and I went to 10 cm and LAUGHED her out! Her delivery was 2 minutes!! I was laughing and her head came out, then the OB said I could either push or keep laughing, which made me laugh even harder, and out she came!!

Lillian Jane was 8 lbs, 20 inches long and born on Aug. 3 at 8:48pm. I didn't tear or swell and was able to walk right after delivery. It was fantastic!!

Awesome mama! I've been reading Ina May's guide to Childbirth she said that laughing helps contrations.
