I am a VERY picky seamstress and have had multiple grab-bag customers say that don't even know why these are considered seconds. All items come from a smoke free, dog friendly home. Refunds and/or exchanges will be handled on a case-by-case basis, but I will only issue refunds for unused and unwashed products, upon receipt of the merchandise. Due to the personal nature of mama cloth, I cannot accept returns and do not offer refunds. I have been in business for several years and have never been asked for an exchange or a return. My only exception to this policy is that in the event of a defective product (other than normal wear and tear, and within the first 30 days of your product purchase), I will gladly replace your product with one of equal value upon reviewing high-resolution pictures of the defect in question.
