I finally got a few photos uploaded from Brynn's first birthday.

Carrie- our girls no longer look anything alike. Brynn has gorgeous blue eyes! Love that you did a chocolate cake for her! Yum!

No, they look nothing alike! Brynn looks nothing like me either, lol. She looks a lot like dd2 and my husband. I would kill for their blond hair though.

WELL we just had a tornado here in my small town! Crazy. Boys were scared but we we under the table. Glad we r safe now. I think its leftovers from the hurricane issaac? I hate storms that are at night! Our poor tommy boy doggie was prob SO scared b/c he is still at the vet hospital!

Those cupcakes are adorable! And so is Brynn! I really need to find some time to post mine... this summer has been crazy but the girls start school tomorrow- yay!

We've been talking for 18 months now and I feel like I know all you mamas and your families. Your kinda my friends kwim? Dh even kinda 'knows' you guys because I talk about your accomplishments and successes and pray for your struggles or for your kids when they're sick.

I want to have another 'Get to Know You' time. Answer if you want to, ignore me if this is dumb.

Here's some things I don't think we've shared...

What do you do if you WOTH or did you do before becoming a SAHM?
How long have you been married?
If you could live anywhere and be anything, what??
Do you practice a religion?

I'll answer for myself... Before becoming a SAHM I was the assistant to a well known Gynecologist where we used to live. Chris and I have been married for almost 9 years . I have NO clue where I'd live if I could be anywhere. I've never traveled. If I could be anything in my dream world?? I'd be a singer songwriter. I love to sing but I can't play an instrument to save my life. So, that's out. Ha! I am a Christian. My faith is in the Lord and I am trying to live through my faith daily.
