I know this question has probably been asked already but when is the earliest you could test for preg? I had a +ve opk test last Tuesday, and CM on Wednesday and a little Thursday yet. Also lots of pain in sides on Wednesday. I'm not having any symptoms really, dull ache in sides sometimes, that's it, so I don't think it will be +ve but just curious. Thanks!

I'd test Monday or so.

I would test around 10-12 DPO you are more likely to get an accurate reading then. I would also go on countdowntopregnancy.com they have awesome charts to help you! Good Luck mama!

Thanks for the info. I feel a little more lost this time around because I have a 15 mo son and this is the first time I ovulated pp and haven't my pp AF yet. That's why I'm not 100% sure what day I ovulated b/c I didn't chart my bbt, I couldn't b/c without a cycle I didn't know where to begin. I know I did ovulate though because I had all the other symptoms.

How early can you test? 5 dpo

(or earlier, if you are a POAS addict) but, realistically, I think anything before 9-10 dpo would result in disappointment.

The earliest BFP I got was 9 dpo. I think testing anytime before 8 dpo is very unlikely to get a positive... heck, even 9 dpo is considered early.

I guess I'll wait until Tuesday then, if there's no af. I got pregnant without trying with my first so I'm not used to the 2ww, ugh its annoying.
