Leaking wetbag

My large wet bag is leaking through its pul, why? It's only a year old!

I have a leaky wet bag as well. I'm not sure why but I am going to replace it and keep it as a spare instead of my main bag.

Some try to reseal the PUL in the dryer. Do you have it hanging b/c if I set mine down (like I have when traveling) its more likely to leak. A year seems like warranty would be up so here's a thread talking about wet bags.
