fever and pumping
hi i pump milk for my 2 week old for every other feeding. well i have a fever, headache, and so on. is it ok to give him that milk or will it make him sick too?

It's fine, you can read a little more at the link on kellymom. It will not pass on any "germs" but may pass antibodies to help prevent the illness. Just make sure you are washing your hands/pump parts as usual and you should be great. Hopefully you feel better soon.

U are making antibodies that u then feed to him in ur milk. So go ahead & keep pumping & feed. If u r sick it will help him from getting asv sick. Same in an article I read for sick elder & giving breastmilk in tube to elder...will help make better & all.
