Baby swings

I'm contemplating buying a new baby swing... any specific ones you (or your baby) love or hate?

I'd like a swing that's compact, but will still swing well with more weight. I'd be nice if it plugs in, or at least uses batteries fairly conservatively.

Both my children loved the ones that swing sideways and forwards. They do plug into the wall..njot sure about it being compact.

I liked the fisher price little lamb. My monstrous baby swung in it all the way up to its weight limit and it was fine with the weight.

Not entirely compact, but it does fold up well.

I wish it was electric. On the other hand, I didn't feel like I was constantly changing the batteries either. She used it a lot (naps) and I often forgot how long it had been since I changed them.

Oh and the lamb swings in all directions. Forward to backward or side to side.

Re: Baby swings

We have a Fisher Price Snug a Bunny and love it. It is a soft, comfy papasan and it plugs in!

We have the Fisher Price "My Little Lamb Platinum Edition" and it works well and changes directions of swinging.
