Poll: which boy name do you like better?

A little background:

William is the name of someone very near and dear to me.

Scott is DH's middle name.

Jacob is a name DH and I both like.

I chose William Scott but I kind of like Jacob Scott too

I didn't vote bc I genuinely like both names. I would ask myself how I felt about nicknames ( Bill, Billy, Will, Willie, Liam, Jake). If you really like or dislike on of the nicknames I would be vigilant about steering the nickname usage by calling him his preferred nickname or given name consistently.

I was going to say this too, I would consider nicknames. William is less popular right now but Liam is at the top of the charts. Jacob is HUGE because of Twilight, it has been the #1 boy name for a few years now.

All 3 of my kids just have one first name and one middle name.

I'm not really a fan of 2 middle names.
