Diaper Swappers

She wants to nurse too even though she stopped nursing over a year ago. What do I do? She will cry and even try to pull the baby off of my breast!

i would let her try. chances are she wont remember how to and will get over it

You could try to nurse her, or you could you try setting her up on the couch or bed while you are nursing and do something fun with her? Maybe read a book, or draw/ color, do a puzzle, blow bubbles, play dough ect. Anything fun that she likes to do that may help her to look forward to nursing time as a time you all three spend together. I would also try to get her involved with helping with the baby. Help with diaper changes, bringing toys or blankets for the baby. Anything to help her feel more involved.

mama. It will get easier. The transition can be rough sometimes.

Give her a little bit in a cup. That will probably satisfy her curiosity. I had to remind my 2-yo that the milk was for the baby so we didn't make a habit of it, but he appreciated getting a couple of tastes.

I would let her try nursing, and perhaps give her some in a cup as well.
