Frozen tilapia fillets with old bay. Put the fish in the baking dish frozen, sprinkle with old bay and a little butter. Bake, covered with foil, at 450 for about 20 minutes. I put a bag of frozen broc. in a dish in the oven as well. Dinner is done, healthy and delicious in 20 minutes. For the broc. I just sprinkle on some sea salt while frozen and yummo!!

Kitchen Sink Soup. I pretty much unload the fridge and toss everything in a pot with some stock. Usually it's just veggie soup, but if there happens to be some chicken or something left from a previous dinner, in it goes!

Chili takes about 15 min to make at our house. Brown some ground beef in a skillet and while your waiting put some kidney beans, canned diced tomatoes, picante sauce, and spices in another pot. Mix it all together and it is DELISH. So quick and everybody likes it.

BBQ shredded chicken. Throw a few chicken breasts in the crock pot on high with some bbq sauce for 4 hours. Shred with a couple of forks. Serve on buns.

Spaghetti & sausage- I use jarred spaghetti sauce (for this) and sliced turkey sausage. It's dinner in 20 minutes!

Either mac'n'cheese from whatever cheese and pasta we have around, or spaghetti with tomato sauce. Both sauces take less time than the pasta to cook.
