The 25lb Challenge November thread

Our goal is to lose 25 pounds (or more!) by the end of January and to get healthy. Each month will be a new thread.

Official start date will be Friday, Aug 31st and we will weigh in every Friday. Post your weights in red so I can track them. I will update this first post with current weights so we can see how well we are doing!

I hear ya. I'm up to 151. Nothings changed. Have not broken the diet except for A candy bar in Halloween. Oh well hopi it is water weight from vein on my feet at work.

Trust me I know the feeling. I've been stuck around 170 for the past month. I did awesome at first, lost 10 pounds in about 3 weeks, and now I'm just sitting here. Never too late to turn it around though! Yesterday was too busy with trick or treating and what not, so planning on doing JM's body revolution Day 2 workout this afternoon. Was tired this morning and in a bad mood so ate 2 egg sandwiches, but corrected it and had some roast beef and a salad for lunch and have a pot roast in the oven and am planning on pairing that with some fried cabbage and carrots and another salad. Every good choice you can make is one step ahead!

You're my inspiration Kimmie! I'm hoping I can finally break into the 160's and stay there too!



Oh, also wanted to add on to the motivation tips conversation from last month, that another awesome way to keep the motivation up is to look at the Success stories forum on MFP. Definitely makes me want to kick it up into a higher gear to have results worthy of posting on there!

I have fallen off the healthy wagon and seriously need to get back on it. I think I worked out maybe 3 times in October. I was doing so well with the eating and then my bday, lunches with family, hotel stays all happened.
My plan is that I'm going to start eating better NOW. and next week I will go back to running and lifting. I'm going to make myself do it. I need to

You can do it! Start today! This time last year I had fallen off the wagon and just let it go. I had been tracking on MFP and lost 14 lbs. Then we had family visit, I stopped tracking and just didn't get back in the habit. Then the holidays came... I went back to overeating and too much junk and gained back 10 lbs. And now I'm finally back in the groove and it feels awesome. I will not quit this time!

So this is my new UN. Old one was (TaReeses).

After a whole year I have started my first pp AF. No wonder I was craving all that junk food. Feeling super bloated and really don't want to weigh In tomorrow. On the bright side, we can TTC for baby #2 yay! (hopefully lose a little more weight before that happens.
