Started a round of provera/clomid today.

Last month was not successful for TTC without medical assistance. Hopefully this will be the only round but I started provera today. How long will it take for the bleeding to start? I forgot to ask OB. Cross your fingers for me this month girls please!! Thanks in advance.

I think mine was usually within 2-5 days, but I've heard it can take up to 2 weeks! FX for ya that the meds work!

I have always taken the Provera for 10 days. And AF always started 2-3 days after my last pill. I have also heard that it can take up to 2 weeks after you finish the pills for AF to start.

Good luck!!

I've had to take Provera in the past too. I think it started within 3 days.
Good Luck!
I hope you get your BFP!!!

Re: Started a round of provera/clomid today.

Thanks ladies. I am on 10 mg for 5 days. Any side effects I need to worry about? In the past I went on it when I was a teen to induce a period but quit doing that as time went on and I can't remember. I believe it made me really moody and grouchy. Anyone else have this problem?
