Anyone else out of breath just walking across the room?
Man, it's so frustrating! I am out of breath with just the slightest movements: walking from one end pf the house to the other, making the bed, switching a load of laundry etc. Going to talk to my MW about this at my visit on Wed.

Re: Anyone else out of breath just walking across the room?
I am out of breath a lot. I think a lot of it is because I lost a lot of weight last year and got used to being smaller and now I have gained back so much. I feel giant and out of breath a lot. I know its just the baby and squishing everything but it doesn't make me feel better.
I have been wanting to try to do some walking on the treadmill to maybe make it a little better but I don't know if it will help

I go through this every time my blood volume increases. I think my body is super sensitive to the increase. It's super annoying though! And I'm not sure if yours gets better but mine always resolves within a few weeks, or at least gets some what better lol

Re: Anyone else out of breath just walking across the room?
Well, I figured out what is causing it for me. My hemoglobin was 9.5 when the MW tested me yesterday. She said that will cause my to be out of breath as well as fatigued. Now I'm taking Floradix and Chlorophyll to bring things back to where they need to be.

I have problems breathing even when I'm doing nothing. Sometimes I feel like my throat is closed off while I'm sleeping and I wake up gasping. I'm so ready to be able to breathe again!!
