The 25lb Challenge December thread

Our goal is to lose 25 pounds (or more!) and to get healthy. Each month will be a new thread.

Official start date will be Friday, Aug 31st and we will weigh in every Friday. Post your weights in red so I can track them. I will update this first post with current weights so we can see how well we are doing!

I weighed in this morning at 151.4!! I hope I keep on going down this week, it would be amazing to see the 140s! But it seems like I tend to drop the day or two after weigh-in, and then just maintain all week. Oh well, I'm moving in the right direction!

Still 151.4 this AM. I can't complain, I just want to see 149! Trying to drink more water today.

WTG Hilary!
I got on the treadmill to start the C25K over again after almost making it through last time. Hopefully I dont end up with more pelvic issues so I can continue. Had oatmeal and coffee for breakfast and debating on an idealshape shake for salad. Have a bottle of Dew sitting here to have sometime but, I pretty much wont give up my occasional/daily 1 regular dew. I need to drink more water and have MFP back up on the desktop.

I apparently don't learn. I scrambled one egg with spinach and wrapped it in a wheat tortilla. Sometimes I can eat wheat ok, but I think on an empty stomach is a no go. I got so nauseous that I actually threw it up. oh well.
Another thing I found out this morning, I can drink my coffee black! I cut down to one tbsp spy milk and a tsp agave, then to just agave. this morning I tried it without and I was fine with it. honestly the idea of all that sugar and making it taste like coffee candy sounds kinda gross to me now

That stinks about the wheat! Keep up the healthy eating though! Sometimes I find that corn tortillas are a nice change of pace from the flour ones. And go you with the coffee! It' amazing how much stuff you have to add to make it palatable (personally I can't stand the stuff. It's tea for me!).
