I rushed over there. Amazon said that I had claimed the deal and to go ahead and shop. My "sharing" of the deal also appeared on facebook. Unfortunately, the $5 off did not appear in my cart....

I take that back. I had one item that was a free shipping item but not directly from amazon. That is why it is not working.

I did have to click the "go to app" thing though, from my computer....I had hit cancel because I thought the ap was just a promo and not part of the deal, but it didn't work the first time. So I did it again, and selected to look at the app when given that option, and it worked.
