Sensitive nipples during period

I started my first PP period last Monday. I do remember with all my others that my nipples are extremely sensitive during this time. Does anyone else experience this? I always think I have thrush and then it goes away a few days after my period. They don't burn or necessarily feel sore, just that she feels like she is rubbing them, and the sensation makes me crazy. Does anyone else deal with this? Is there anything that I can do to help it?

My nipples were AWFUL during my 1st pp af!!! I am just finishing my 2nd pp af and they were much less sore this time and my supply didnt dip as much. Crazy hormones!!

Eta: I pray when it hurts, lol. It passes in a few days.

Mine get sore for about 4 days right after I ovulate. It sucks !
