Low supply/sore nipples

For the last week, my nipples have been getting increasingly sore and my supply has been getting increasingly lower. I cringe just having water touch them in the shower and want to cry when my daughter latches on. I'm also having cramping and some periods of nausea. I haven't had a postpartum AF yet. My dd is 10.5 mo old and breastfed. I took a preg test this morning and it was negative.
Any ideas what this could be?

Maybe do another test? Or a blood test? Could AF be coming back? Any signs of thrush or yeast? (I don't think those cause supply issues, but AF returning can)

Re: Low supply/sore nipples

Only based on the nipple pain, it sounds like yeast. I've dealt with it a LOT. It really, REALLY hurts.

I thought I had thrush the first time I ovulated again. Turns out I felt that way every time I ovulated until we weaned. So could be hormonal.

This. If it stays constant though it could be thrush.
