Fusible vinyl to laminate fabrics for diapers.
Is it absolutely a bad idea? I've read about it having toxins, not as breathable as PUL...

Given that PUL doesn't breathe as well as something like fleece or wool, I wouldn't ever consider using something that breathes LESS than PUL

Yeah my understanding is that vinyl, aside from all the concerns about what's in it, is the most rash-producing.
Also, there are probably durability questions, in whether it stays fused through a lot of washings.

Ah, okay, I'll just not take my chances then. Do you ladies know how much it'd be to send fabric off to laminate? I saw that a co-op is doing that recently, but of course I can't find it now
