Flour tortillas
Refried beans
Half jar salsa
Sour cream
Cheese
Cilantro
Corn

Obviously a mexican flare but Looking for something to throw together! I am going to the store but want to use these ingredients up too!

Bean and cheese burritos with a side of warm corn salad.

I would make bean and cheese burritos too, but mix the corn with a little diced jalapeno and cilantro to make it like the corn salsa at chipotle... then put that in the burritos too!
Otherwise, my go-to is quesadillas... I would put the corn, beans, cilantro, and cheese inside, and use salsa and sour cream for dippers
