Prenatal Yoga
Has anyone had success doing prenatal yoga via DVD instruction? We have some classes in our area (sorta nearby), but they are OUTRAGEOUSLY expensive. Oh my word. I've attended yoga classes sporadically over the years, but I'm not sure if yoga is something best done with an in-person instructor or if a DVD is doable.

Re: Prenatal Yoga
I have a prenatal yoga DVD that I did with dd and have done a few times with this baby. Though it is more just for relaxation, it is not a workout at all.

Re: Prenatal Yoga
My goal is for relaxing and stretching for labor preparation and not so much for exercise. I have other routines for exercise. :-)

Re: Prenatal Yoga
Then I would say it is plenty effective to do it at home. Especially if you are familiar with taking directions in yoga or exercise classes. And much cheaper and more convenient.
