Question psoriasis help!

My itchy dry flaky skin is driving me nuts!!!!

I am 6 months pregnant & don't plan to go to the doctor for it Bc I refuse to use steiroid creams. I am looking for natural product ideas. Also suggestions on where to buy the products (we live near whole foods & sprouts if that helps or nonlinear retailers)

I have heard about calendula, borage., kukui nut & apricot oils. Suggestions?

Ive tried coconut oil, grapeseed, & vaseline (yuck!

Worse place is my shins followed by thighs, butt / hip, head, upper back/ neck, behind my ears & above my eyebrows!

I would look into dietary changes, those can have the largest impact of all. DH no longer has eczema because of our diet change. Before that he had it all over.

All forms of sugars, all grains, starches, no soy. We eat a lot of nuts and seeds, green pumpkin seeds are a fave. The meats we eat are mostly grass fed so high in omega 3's. We also get raw milk from a local farm, grass fed cows. Hope that helps.

I'm going to give this a shot, I'm at my wits end with the pesky dry skin, too!

I even have psoriasis! But mine hasn't been bad in ages; it flares up when I am stressed.

Good luck! My mom and I always used Eucerin lotion that comes in the tub.

it smells weird while you're using it, but thankfully the smell doesn't stick around on your skin. at least I've not noticed it to on DS.
