Sleep deprived mamas...

Does anyone feel unable to focus & like they're dizzy- like?? It's not even dizzy Per se, but lightheaded, idk. It's hard to explain!!
Idk what I should do but every darned day I'm exhausted & unfocused. I don't think it's iron, I still take prenatals & eat spinach/kale a few times a week. I generally feel like crap & am even contemplating getting a physical done- if only I could find the free time!

Are you drinking enough water? I get lightheaded if I don't drink enough water.

This is what I was going to ask! I get this way and lot and it's usually because I'm not drinking enough water.

Re: Sleep deprived mamas...

Are you sleep deprived?
Because if you are, the solution is sleep!! Chronic sleep deprivation is a serious thing but unless you can sleep at the doc I'm not sure they can help you!

Talk to your DH and get a few really good night's sleep and you'll feel much improved.
