What's in your Flip?

It seems that Flips are really popular. I just bought a few with the generic insert. What do you put in your Flip? Do you do something different for day vs. night?

Flips are our only covers! We love them, and I use pad folded or snappi'ed GMD flats, flour sack towels or the occasional tri-folded prefold in them. I love flats and Flips! They are so trim! We had the stay dry inserts, but they started to smell, and the absorbency was lacking, so we don't use them anymore. I would LOOOVE to try the new Flip daytime inserts though!

I've used birdseye flats, prefolds, stay dry inserts, the original Flip organic prefold inserts, and now use the new daytime organic insert. We are currently using only Flips with the daytime organic insert (which is just a stretchy organic flat) because they wash easy and are very trim. Flips are great and they are our entire stash right now. We just double up the daytime organic insert flats for nights.

Day: flip "nighttime" insert, imagine bamboo flat (origami fold), thirsties hemp prefold, or pad folded IKEA flat.

Night: bamboo flat, origami fold, with newborn prefold doubler. Last night tried it over a Kissaluvs marvel fitted. *Giant mistake*! Obviously didn't get it all tucked in and was flooded by 2 am.

We LOVE Flips. We use them in the daytime over Sandy's fitteds and flats. At night, we trifold a prefold in them with a stay dry liner.
