I made that elephant. He was lots of fun. I'm terrible at attaching balls together though so I feel like his head is floppy. Do you have any suggestions?

I ran my needle and yarn back through somewhere near the middle of the attached section of the head several times pulling it snug to get it to be more secure. It droops down a tiny bit when you pick him but not much. I much prefer making dragon and gnomes! Though I have found an different elephant pattern I want to try. Totally different look (more realistic) but I think I will like making it better.

I've looked at that pattern several times on Ravelry wishing I could knit better to attempt it.

Your elephant looks great, he is adorable!!

I've been looking at all things elephant for my baby girl. Before she was here I made her longies with an elephant on the bum, waiting for her to grow into them. I'm still looking for elephant crib bedding.

I hear you - there have been a few things I've crocheted that I just LOVED the look of, but hated making and so there was just the one. LOL
