Help stinky pail liner

I just pulled my diapers out of the dryer and the diapers and wipes smell fine but the pail liner reeks of ammonia. It's a Kanga brand that I always wash and dry with the diapers and wipes. I've only been doing this for about a month and I wash with bumgenius detergent in hot with extra cold rinse and dry on medium or regular. Any thoughts on what I did wrong? Not sure how to fix it? And do I need to fix it before using again so it doesn't get the diapers stinky?

Thank you!!

Try vinegar in your next load and let it dry outside in the sun.
