I had lost about 90 pounds. Then bf and I broke up and I've gained 30! I knew I had gained, but thought it was around 10. I'm so pissed with myself.

I joined noom (free app) 3 days ago and love it. Have to get back on track.

Why do I do this.... Up and down up and down. I want to lose 115 pounds. It's a long term goal. I'm thinking a year and a half?

Thanks for listening. Ugghhhh

Re: I had been doing so well...

A 90 lb weight loss is amazing!

I totally understand where you are coming from. Dieting is a viscious cycle! I've gone back and forth for years now. In Dec. I told DH I was finally ready to get this weight off once and for all. I've lost 12 lbs since Jan doing Weight Watchers. I'm only 6 lbs away from my goal, but it seems like these last 6 lbs are taking forever to lose!

The last few pounds are always the most difficult!

Yes... 90 down was great until the 30 came back. Sigh... My own fault and I just need to put on my big girl panties (no pun intended ... well maybe a little!) and get hardcore again.

Don't let the gain be what defines you. You lost 90 lbs, you know how to do what needs to be done. You can get back in the swing of the weight loss and get back on course. I spent 18 months gaining and losing the same 25 lbs. I finally got back in the swing here in January and I am down 15 lbs.
