Baby food, After freezer

So after you freeze your babyfood, When you get it out, do you use the microwave to warm it?? I though a microwave killed some of the nutrition, But i can't think of any other way to warm them..

What do you do???

Well, this is prolly the most unconventional thing you're going to find, but I use a candle diffuser with a glass bowl. I put a few cubes in the refrigerator at night for the next day, then I heat it up in the diffuser. It takes a couple of minutes, but doesn't get over-warm too fast.

I microwave it. Just for 15-30 seconds per cube. Or you could put it in your fridge the night before and it'd be thawed by the time your kiddo was hungry the next day.

Yeah. . . I took it out the day before in little bowls to make "meals".

If it is a little container, I would soak it in a bowl of hot water, until it was warm.

i tried to remember to take it out the night before and then i would warm it either in a sauce pan or in a makeshift double boiler.
