I D S O pork recipes

I cooked a huge pork loin in the crock pot, and now don't knowwhat to do with it. I am going to shred some w/ bbq sauce for sandwiches.Any other ideas??

Shred it and add some cajun seasoning to it with some dirty rice. It's awesome!!!

Shred it and add garlic salt and pepper for some yummy carnitas. Serve with corn tortillas, guacamole, sour cream, and salsa, that's what we are having for dinner !!

That's one I was looking for! My dd was crying, so I made it short, but I knew there was something like tacos, only with pulled pork. All I add to the pork is salt and pepper?
