Pre-lanolized wool, or not

Just wondering how many mamas like their wool soakers lanolized when they recieve them for instant gratification as opposed to unlanolized. Do you prefer them to be unlanolized so you can use your own products when you get the wool?

I just received my first two wool items yesterday it the mail. One was lanolized and the other was not. I loved that I could tear open the package and slap those cute lanolized shorties on my DS as soon as I could.

The others are sitting on the table still because I haven't gotten a chance to lanolize yet.

I don't really care either way, BUT if its pre-lanolized, I want it to be in an unoffensive scent. Nothing to overpowering. I just got a piece of wool the other day that reeked of some strong wool wash and its been soaking for more than 2 days and I STILL can't get the smell out! So keep that in mind! Unscented is just fine by most people!

I say prelanolized, I send out all my wool that way! So it's outta the package onto the bum

I voted either way...But I've found that one pair that came lanolized, I had to re-do soon after, I dunno why??

I also have the spray lanolin, but I like to use solid (lansinoh) best of all, seems to work better for us.

I agree, use a non offensive scent if you do lanolize first...I love my scented spray, but too much of a good thing isn't always good...kwim?
