Leaking HH

Yet another leaking question I have been using a different insert for my HH since I got them and just recently ordered the HH stuffins for them. Since I've gotten them they've been leaking really badly out the sides. They're the same size as the dipes but its almost like they're too thin. Am I doing something wrong?? Help mommas...I'm giving them one more week before I sell them and buy my other trusted insterts.

have you creped the stuffins? They take some prepping before becoming greatly absorbent. Is the stuffin wet at all? if not it could be a repelling problem.

What is creped??
I washed them 3 times on hot before use...but didn't let them dry inbetween. (Are youu supposed to?)
They are getting wet but only half of it...the back top half is always dry.
So..should I wash them a few more times or is there another way to prep?

are you using the prints? I find they are leaky.. no matter what insert I use.

Yeah, if it's a print, it will wick around the sides no matter what you are using inside. Heavy wetters usually just can't do the fun prints w/Happy Heinys.

wash and dry them on hot a couple more times and you should be good with them. as far as the wetting only on one end, it maybe your child or it may not be prepped enough. you could try adding an extra oval to that area of the diaper that is getting wet the most. or you could wrap a microfiber towel around the stuffin.

i have a heavy wetter and i never had a problem with HH prints. i had to change more often (every one to two pees) but i have no problem with that. we didn't really wear them out and about anyway.
