question about FFS

I have some stuff I want to list on FFS, but I have some questions:

1. Can I post "FRB of ______"

2. Can I require insurance and DC to be purchased... so instead if $8.95, the person would need to pay $11.25. which is how much it costs to ship from the po with DC and Insurance.

If I can't do the above, I'm dropping it off at Goodwill. I want this stuff gone and I don't want to pay for someone to take it.

As long as you disclose it, you can charge for those services.

great. I don't have a scale so having to walk a mile to the po to weigh it then walk again another day to mail is more than I wanna do when I'm giving it away for free.
