Nope... especially if you lined the hem with black but that might start to look more halloweenish.

My my vote is no.

What's your plan for it?

I got a BB custom slot today and am trying to put together a couple dipes. DH really likes the orange fabric and so do I , but I thought the glitter might be a bit too much for DS.

OHHH... that's glitter? I thought it was white speckles

... I still say it's not too girly.

dh says to girly I am on the fence ~ I was a no until I saw that it had glitter...................

If it didn't have glitter I'd put it on my ds, but since the glitter, too girly

Yeah, I love it, but wouldn't put it on our boy. With two older sisters, I've done the girly thing already.
