Pins vs Snappi

Which do you prefer? Why?

I've had both here before, never used them... I was afraid!

I love, love, love my snappis! I use them all of the time!

I do have pins and occasionally use them when I'm in the mood, but snappis are just so much easier to use (imo).

I use snappis. My DD is such a wiggleworm that I am hesitant to use pins with her! The snappis work awesome, though. They go on super quick and hold a prefold very well!

I'm learning to love my snappi's, but that's just because I don't have any pins! I like them, but the lower leg just seems to get in my way and I like the way that pins hold both the front and back of the diaper instead of just the back like with a snappi.

I like both. For quite a while I used just pins on ds - he could get snappi's undone, no problem. DH and I got real good a pinning and have no problem with it. I mostly use snappi's on dd, but if one's not handy, I'll pin.

Re: Pins vs Snappi

I use a Snappi on my dd, but lately, I've been so mad at it. The bottom part frequently comes loose, and when I pick up my dd, it snags my shirt. Of course, if I kept a cover over her prefold, this wouldn't be a problem. But even with the Snappi trouble I've had, I can't imagine using pins. Like others have said, my dd is a wiggly giggly girl, and I'm afraid I would stick her.
