Quick PF question...

I'm about to order a bunch of CPF's for the new baby. Do I go for "standard infant" 4 x 6 x 4 or "infant" 4 x 8 x 4 size?

I personally would go with the 4x6x4. I have our 4 month old in 4x6x4 now I couldn't imagine the bulk from 4x8x4,especially on a newborn

I have the 4x8x4 and love them because now I'm using them trifolded in medium wraps. Not sure the 4x6's would have had the same longevity, ya know?

Re: Quick PF question...

you might want to think about getting a few preemie size too. i used those in the beginning and then i went on to use them as stuffing for sm pockets, as burp cloths, as wipe up towels, etc. i have gotten the most use out of those 12 diapers-- i love them. plus they were nice and small for my tiny babies (both were 6-ish pounds, but they still fit for a while). oh, and they are 2x4x2 i think, or else 2x6x2.

Re: Quick PF question...

I second the idea to get a dozen premies, my DD was 7lb 10 oz and SWAM in infants until she was about 4 weeks old-luckilly I had bought a dozen premies and they fit her perfectly those first few weeks. And the premies are great for wipes, burp cloths, etc.
