I am from Connecticut, close to both RI and MA. I was actually in Boston on Tuesday- we saw Rent at the Wang. I have lived in NE for most of my life- I grew up south of Boston.

I'm in western MA, 45 minutes east of Albany, NY. But I grew up in a small town on the MA/CT border.

Southwestern Vermonter here, but grew up in Fairfield County, CT and went to boarding school in Concord, NH, and college in Williamstown, MA. I've been all over NE! Oh and also lived a summer in Boston

were you in CT in the late 80's- mid 90's? I lived there then... my parents still do

Actually, yes. I lived in Westport until 1992 when I then went off to boarding school for my junior & senior years of HS. I went to Staples HS my freshman/sophomore years in Westport.

My parents moved in 1993 to VT and we've all been here ever since (well, me since college graduation in 1999 ).
