Mamas,

I just had to post about this because Ive been in bliss since it arrived yesterday and I know so many of us avoid caffeine. I indulged occasionally while pregnant, but when my DD got here we realized that she is definitely effected by caffeine.

Ugh. I live in Seattle people! I need my coffee. So after reading about all the chemicals used in decaf I finally ordered some Swiss Water decaf from Groundsforchange.com

OMG! It's so good! I even got some espresso and made the most gorgeous latte earlier with rice milk (soy and milk also seem to effect her).

I just had to share.

I have to have my swiss decaf soy cappucino. I HAVE to. Dh knows not to mess with me until I've had my coffee. Which is weird, because it's DECAF, you know?

I KNOW! Decaf, yet I swear it helps so much in the mornings. Especially since she has decided 4-5:45 am is a great time to start the day. Amazing what our minds can do with just the smell and taste of coffee!

Yes! I got some of this at my local Henry's (a.k.a. Whole Foods in some areas) and it is sooo yummy!
