Today's experiment bread

Ingredients:

2 cups sour-dough starter
1 cup juice from fruit cocktail
6 cups of flour
1 tbsp salt
1/2 cup water

I combined all ingredients and kneaded. Then I divided the dough in half and added 1 tsp yeast to one half and put that in the bread machine. The other half is rising in a bowl right now. I will update when the bread is done and we will see if it is any good or not. In the mean time why doesn't everyone add a prediction? Then we can see who the good guessers are
