DS breaking out in a rash

I used FB and Roos with my 18 month old with no problems. Then we switched to disposables for a while and now I have him in fitteds(various kinds) with Bummis snap covers. Last night I noticed a bit of redness on his p*nis which I think is yeast and this morning he has a rash all over his groin. I do have some nystatin powder which I just used, but what can I do to clear up and prevent the yeast coming back? We have been doing a bath at night, I was thinking of switching to a morning bath instead. I'd love ideas and tips.
