AF decided to return--cramps help!!!

Well, I have been BF for almost 7 months now, and AF decided to make her grand entrance this morning. I have been crampy for about the last month, but now it is totally unbearable. What can I take for cramps while BF? I was hoping that AF would stay away forever. yea, right!

I have been researching meds quite a bit lately. In a study of 12 women given ibuprofen for c-sec pain, they found that babies would get less than 1mg per day (it might not be any at all, the equipment they used to test the milk was only sensitive down to 1 mg)
