I have it....but haven't really *done* it.

It all makes sense...but it's hard. They want you eating smaller meals 6 times a day. and at that 3 hour point (between meals) I am never hungry...and typically running around taking care of some child. By the time I have a second to eat i am STARVING and end up eating too much.
I can easily see how the diet would work if you committed yourself to it...but I am having a tough time with the commitment.

Thanks! I too seem to have a problem not eating until after lunch myself. It would take some getting used to if I have to eat breakfast and snacks etc. By the time I usually eat after lunch, I am starved and do over eat usually though, and many times it just continues on until before bed.

I have done it and it works. But...it's hard. It is very restrictive, no salt, no sugar, no flour, no dairy, no dressing...and on and on. I lost good weight on it but the longest I've ever gone on it was two weeks.

I do still use it though to jump start my weight loss. I use weight watchers now, but if I ever hit a plateau I go back on 6 week for a few days and I can get back into the swing of things. ...In fact maybe I'll go back a few days now.

The program is awesome, and you can get results but being a mommy it's hard to be dedicated to that strict of a program.

I have it.. but, had a hard time sticking to it. I lost 6 pounds in 10 days.. so, that's not bad. Maybe I should give it another try? Anyone want to be my weight loss buddy (someone to PM everyday with your diet and exercise)?

They say you eat more with enjoyable foods! No sugar, salt, dairy or flour? Those are the best ones! Give me an example of what portion of what you can eat each day?
