I've been using fenugreek for about a month now.... I'm just wondering if I shouldn't take it long-term? My supply goes up and down (I am a WOHM) and so I feel like I really need it to keep up the supply.

I work too. I have been taking it for 4 months straight. LMK if you find out it is not ok!

I never found anything that said it wasn't OK to take for extended periods of time.

I took it until it started to make me sick - close to two months. Y'know the warning that it may cause gastric distress in some people? That was me.

If you start getting horrible stomach cramps and feel like you're going to puke, chances are it's the fenugreek.
