I just hope that this is not some crazy thing we picked up in the hospital. All of us, dh, dd, and myself, are feeling some cold symptoms.

AMira, 11 months, has a dry cough. What can I do for her?

I would do a vaporizer/humidifier with her since her throat is probably dry...and lots of water!!!

not much you can do. Just a vaporizer, steam, and push fluids. I know I know- juice is bad- esp if its not 100% juice. BUT... when we get a sore throat or dry cough I get some Apricot nectar. Its THICK (and um very very yummy). I use a medicine dropper or medicine cup and give about a tablespoon every 2 hours or so. It coats the throat and is very soothing. Bring her in the bathroom to play every time someone showers/bathes so the steam can help. Add vit C and zinc to everyone. Try soup broth by the teaspoon as well.
