Chicken stew in the crock pot?!?! i lost me recipe... i jnow it was something like flower chicken stock potatos whole chicken ughhhh i wish i could member..i looked online nad kept find something wiht tomatos in it lol! any help woudl be GREAT!

I just cook my diced chicken in the pan (or use left over) and saute some onions and garlic, then when it cooked and the veggies are soft I make a rue by adding some flour to soak up the butter in the pan, and slowly add some milk and chicken stock. I let it simmer a bit to thicken and toss in the crock pot with some asstd frozen/fresh veggies and potatoes and seasonings. I let it cook for a few hours on low. Good luck.
