Virus Again...

I had been virus/attack free for about a week until just now. I'm only getting warnings from my Avira right now, but I thought Admin would like to know! Thank you for all your hard work, time and money you're putting into fixing this problem!

Would it be possible get a screen shot or some more information on what your antivirus was reporting?

I did not get a screen shot and I don't remember what it said (I know totally useless, sorry ). The good news is, outside of the few that popped up this morning, it has been otherwise fine. If I get more, I'll be sure to get whatever info I can. Thanks!!!

i got another one today too. it was the one that the PP posted about the spyware attack. im using internet expolorer, but i had to use task manager to close out the browser too.

Okay, I spoke too soon. I just got another one. I don't know how to do a screen shot but I copied down the info provided by Avira:

"Contains recognition pattern of the HTML/Infected.WebPage.Gen HTML script virus"

HTH... if not, please give me instructions as to how to save a screen shot and I'll do that if I get any more...

hey shel if you ever need to do a screen shot hit have your screen where you want it hit print screen open a blank word program and right click and paste!

I also noticed that my pages are loading slowly again and that the little activity bar at the bottom is pretty busy transferring data, waiting for ads, etc.
