Any good recipes for a pork tenderloin roast?

I got a roast b/c it was a good price, but I have no idea how to fix it. I usually only buy pork chops.

do you have something quick and easy that is a little different than BBQ, which is what I would normally do.

When I do a pork roast I like easy..so I just do what my mom always did..I sprinkle the top with garlic salt and stick it in the oven..voila! Tastes great and soo easy..lol..my kids love it.

Sprinkle with Garlic salt and pepper and put in the crock pot all day. It will shred and you will have yummy carnitas. Top with Salsa, sour cream, and guacamole! You cold also put it in corn tortillas for soft tacos, or put on top of chips with cheese for yummy nachos !!

My grandpa's wife used to marinate hers in Bernstein's garlic and herb or something like that and then stick cloves of garlic in it (cut x and then put clove in x) and roast it in the oven a casserole dish. YUMMY!!

Throw in a crock pot all day, about halfway through the cooking add chopped carrots and potatoes, and onions if you want. Makes the entire meal

I soak mine in teriyaki sauce, and then coat it in teriyaki glaze and bake...mmmmm...
